I really enjoyed this image because I think it gives a message. You're able to feel the boys emotions, yet the image has been able to capture how this boy's life has been and is. It makes you feel the pain he could be having as well as his primary needs. It also gives a sensation of hope by showing his flute and what he can come to in the future. The dog and boy shown together also gives a sensation of honesty and humility.
I agree that the dog and boy shown together gives honesty and humility to the photograph. This photo invokes a sense of guilt inside me. It makes me feel lucky to have the things I have, and makes me wish I could help.
