Assignment 4

I don't have readily available people to model for me, so I'm subjected to using my temporary roommates' toys, plants and lil bub. Here's my Rembrandt, Expose for Highlights, Expose for Shadows, Side Light and Side Light with Reflector (a vinyl sleeve). You can literally use anything to be a reflector!

The first two pictures demonstrate close ups. while the other pictures demonstrate middle ground, foreground and background pictures.

Here are my blog posts concerning DOF and aperture for assignment 3.2. First two are shallow dept of field focusing on the nearest object, while the last three contain a wider depth of field, having every object in the frame in focus.

I like this photo because it was taken on my birthday, by my boyfriend, in my favorite place, Hawaii! Every time I see it, it reminds me of how great the day was. I also love sunsets and am obsessed with the colors that were in this one! It's just a gorgeous photo all around!
